IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Project Marketing Coordinatorin our Rock Island, IL office. As a Project Marketing Coordinator provides general project marketing/business development support - working within IMEG brand and design standards and corporate processes.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

Serves as an IMEG brand champion.

Coordinates and collaborates on the ongoing maintenance and development of IMEG's Central Qualifications Library including but not limited to firm profiles, experience lists, corporate stats, resumes, case studies, and presentation templates.

Researches gathers and maintains accurate project data for IMEG's project experience database via Salesforce.

Coordinates and creates interview and presentation collateral for project pursuits and direct client meetings.

Assists in developing customized qualification-based materials for various needs - SOQ packages, brochures, client meetings, conferences, etc.

Assists with new firm marketing integration working to successfully integrate new firm experience with IMEG's qualifications library and project experience data.

Remains cross-trained on IMEG services and markets to ensure the ability to assist other marketing team members and meet team support demands.

Assists with IMEG's brand asset library maintenance and identifying project photography needs - communicating to appropriate marketing team members.

Assists with additional marketing and business development support-related projects as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

Highly organized, with good time management skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to assist in meeting deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Design layout skills

Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Salesforce or CRM experience a plus

Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts

Education and experience requirements are:

Minimum bachelor's degree in communications or marketing

1-3 years of related experiencein Marketing or Communication.

A/E/C industry experience preferred
