Job Title: Sorter
Job Description
As a Sorter, you will be tasked with removing all nonconforming materials such as husks, stalks, damaged or moldy product, rogues, off-types, and inert materials like weeds and refuse. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of your work area. The role demands regular standing, sitting, reaching, arm and hand movements, waist twisting, stooping, and effective communication. You will also be frequently exposed to continuous elevated noise levels and moving conveyors. Spanish-speaking workers are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment
We have two teams for this role. Team 1 works from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 12:00 pm and on Saturdays from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Team 2 works from Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Sundays from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
