Job Description
Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable Financial Services Company in Chicago. We are currently hiring a Operations Analyst.Responsibilities/Duties
The responsibilities of the Operations Analyst are, but are not limited to:
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and thorough closing, recording, and funding of new transactions, as well as subsequent refinancing and restructurings within a substantial middle-market lending portfolio.
- Draft and formulate internal closing funds flow memoranda, aligning them with sponsor funds flow memoranda and capital markets lender allocations.
- Prepare and distribute closing funding notices to lenders, which includes calculating, tracking, and reconciling investor funding shares.
- Syndicated loans
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related
- Experience in Financia Services industry
- 3+ years of syndicated loans experience
- Strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills
