JOB DESCRIPTION
The Westchester Operations Financial Lines Supervisor position will report directly to the AVP of Operations in support of our Westchester Financial Underwriting Team. The Operations Supervisor will collaborate with Operations and Underwriting leadership to provide superior customer service, quality, product and system training, and process management. The role will include training, development, and management of numerous direct reports. This individual will be responsible for performing tasks including, but not limited to:
- Manage and Develop employees while remaining focused on engagement.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of process guidelines and Job Aids.
- Identifying areas of development for both training and process improvement.
- Communicating and Demonstrating process changes to the team
- Utilizing Excel to capture and organize data and reporting metrics
- Frequently collaborating with the Leadership team.
- Monitor and oversee workload capacity of each team member and allocate resources appropriately to meet business needs.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to leadership by performing a variety of data collection, file preparation and documentation storage related tasks
- Provide support for automation initiatives.
- Oversee process to assure all service delivery goals are met
- Provide Coaching to Staff and Deliver regular, results driven feedback tied to performance goals/metrics.
- Perform other essential duties and special projects as assigned including but not limited to System Testing, processing, etc.
