Job Description
As a Platform Architect & Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision of the Tank platform and ensuring the successful delivery of new products and features. You will serve as a SQL subject matter expert, facilitate Agile processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Architecture: Design, Maintain and evolve the architecture of our SaaS platform to support the integration of new products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Become the subject matter expert of the entire platform and the keeper of platform documentation.
- Scrum Master: Lead Agile development teams as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- SQL Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in SQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning, for multiple databases across various servers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings with leaders across the organization, including product, operations, and support, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Requirements Translation: Review project requirements and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with objectives before translating them into detailed technical requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Be a trusted technical resource for customer and system migration projects, offering expertise and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and evolving SaaS platform architectures to support new products and features.
- Extensive expertise in SQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning, with experience across multiple databases and servers.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to engage with leaders from various organizational departments.
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical skills in customer and system migration projects.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred
