Position Overview:

Echo's Sales Operations Department is seeking a passionate, self-starter for our Account Executive I role. This role helps our sales team deliver outstanding service by supporting all functions of Echo's clients' shipping needs. This includes providing quotes for shipments, proactively identifying exceptions in the booking, and tracking process, and working with the client to resolve those exceptions. On this team, your work ethic, determination, and customer-first mentality will help you to build, secure and maintain relationships with key accounts while contributing to Echo's long-term growth and success.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Echo's proprietary software to build and manage all shipments assigned to your team
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer specific needs and priorities
Work with internal partners to ensure that all client shipments are proactively booked and tracked for on-time pickup and delivery
Maintain and follow current operating procedures
Partner with and mentor Logistics Coordinators to share workload and allow prioritization based on client needs
Be an expert using Echo's proprietary technology to perform all tasks required to fulfill client requests
Work with multiple sales reps across multiple sales managers

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
Relevant Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation industries preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
Proven track record of exceptional customer service/handling customer issues
Strong inter-departmental and client relationship building skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment that requires multi-tasking and problem solving
