Job Description
Overview: Are you mission driven? So are we! Chestnut Health Systems seeks an APRN who is passionate about providing integrated care including primary care, psychiatry, and medication assisted recovery. This full-time position is based in Granite City, IL and is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities: Provide integrated prescriber services in accordance with Nurse Practitioner Collaborative Agreement State of Illinois and/or Missouri (depending on assignments) and agency policies and procedures. Reinforce evidence-based practices, including the recovery philosophy utilizing the elements of trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality/connectedness including harm reduction. Promote positive interactions with the community and within Chestnut to sustain favorable program reputation.
