Job Description
Ensure all processing gear is operating without issue. Keep inventory of all processing gear and ensure
all required gear is calibrated. Ensure job budgets are met. Maintain a level of trained employees that will be
needed to reach the financial targets. Interview and train employees on the job sites. Manage jobs by
supervising and training employees. Maintain customer relationships. Assist in Business Development. Sending
reports to the Director of Operations. Communicate with Project Management to ensure all jobs are on
schedule. Plan jobs. Create accounts (through finance) when needed and create PO’s when purchases are made.
Maintain a record of shop inventory levels and processor levels. Confirm crew is completing all paperwork in
relation to jobs and gear. Maintain the processors and trucks mechanically. Coordinate between employer,
customer and employees the tasks needed for jobs. Daily contact with Director of Operations. Find continuous
improvement and efficiencies with job tasks, gear, travel, planning and related tasks for shop work and jobs
