Handle and answer clients’ and underwriters’ calls and inquiries; Provide clients information about insurance coverage and risk management issues; Process policy changes, renewals and cancellations; Record and process claims and billing inquiries; Document and update client records based on interactions; Work with existing clients to round accounts by identifying additional needs, providing quotes and selling needed coverage; and Provide related administrative support and reporting to management.
