Job Description

Paramount Advertising and Lead Solutions (Des Plaines IL) seeks a Financial Analyst responsible for financial reporting and analysis of departments’ performance and implementation of systems, strategies and processes to improve performance and return on investment. Specific duties include: develop and report statistical and financial analysis for all work groups on a monthly basis; provide analytical data for customers based on prior months activities to include return on investment and develop new analytics for performance; provide cost improvement recommendations; perform compliance checks and develop policies for compliance; create current performance structure to include variables based on work type; identify, analyze and develop new business processes to assist in long term strategic goals; conduct analysis of previous performance of teams to drive process improvement; identify risks based on existing processes; and implement tracking documents to ensure all new processes meet targeted goals. Position requires occasional travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely 40% of the time.

 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Financial Analyst, Finance and Compliance Officer, Finance Executive, or similar position responsible for financial reporting. Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following: performing financial reporting, creating operational metrics tracking, and evaluating budgets presented by business units; working with financial databases, Excel and Power Point analytical tools, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, and SAP ECC. Must also have 4 year of experience analyzing financial models. Specific experience must also include 3 years of experience with each of the following: providing support in external and internal audit requirements; and performing process improvement and efficiency initiatives, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards. Must also have 2 years of experience working with statutory and regulatory compliance. Additionally, specific experience must include working independently and as a team member in cross-group collaborative environment. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely 40% of the time.
