Complete projects for the staging of new systems and expansions across the region, control project relationships between system integration, support, and supply teams, and improve the staging process.
Advise project management and engineering teams on project functions, deliver project plans, support system setup, secure implementation dates, secure project resources, support Factory Acceptance Testing, and secure customer acceptance and signature.
Complete projects for logistics and visual inspection of inventory, including third-party vendor audits.
Support Latin American and Caribbean Region (LACR) in project execution for regional services.
Complete projects for new product introduction when new products launch, providing support readiness for product services, creating project requirements and processes specific to LACR, and ensuring deliverables for each service offering.
Complete projects for replacement parts to guarantee efficient lifecycle product support.
Deliver project processes to create standardized versions and document process deliverables in a centralized location.
Review the status of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Provide "staging dates" on projects, evaluate project processes, and intervene in project planning and issue resolution.
Work with stakeholders to break down activities and define project responsibilities.
Ensure delivery of hardware ordered for staging, and ensure project deliverables for physical installation (Rack install).
Ensure project inventory delivery for order changes or further actions.
Ensure project delivery of software and licenses for staging.
Ensure system integration and field engineer deliverables on each project for system initial setup and commissioning.
Support project execution on initial setup and system commissioning.
Support project issue detection and correction with engineers.
Coordinate customer visit and official staging with the customer, and secure customer signature on project completion.
Ensure final delivery of systems to freight forwarders or respective entity, depending on the shipping rule for each project, and ensure expected quality.
Supervise and audit the work of third parties that are part of projects, and ensure vendors deliver services.
Report delivery errors, and work with vendor on root cause detection and analysis in resolving the problem.
Trace the delivery of goods and fix any mismatches.
Complete channel projects that need staging, including opening the project, following up on booking and staging processes, and shipping when staging completed.
Control project finances, request purchase orders, and provide information to financially close the project.
Review, approve and provide feedback for regionalized service documentation for all project equipment.
Verify technical training and software tools for projects.
Coordinate with each product group on service offers options, and provide constant feedback to centralized project stakeholders to ensure service readiness.
Work with global offer management, and coordinate, create documents, and complete planning that ensures the appropriate level of training about the new service offerings.
Create blueprints for the most common processes followed by the field service teams.
Work to create processes for project success.
Build project reports and charts, and present quarterly business reports on completed projects.
