Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for core cloud observability and service reliability for mission critical software applications.
Customer and partner requirement gathering, creating functional specifications and working with engineering to architect and deliver the right solutions at the right time.
Product ideation, evaluation, development and launch activities.
Work to be the face of the team to showcase the value prop and progress against shared goals of the company.
Create prototypes for application features and use cases to deliver superior user experience.
Gather user feedback for iterative improvements and setting future product direction.
Make presentations to senior executives for planning business initiatives.
Use agile methodology to prioritize work, drive sprint and release planning.
$82,243 - 166,200 per year.
