About This Role
This is a 2nd shift position. 12:00PM-8:30PM M-F
Specific job responsibilities include:
Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
Follow all Work Instructions, SOP's and safety requirements
Comply with IRhythm's policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations
Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within
Perform good recycling practices
Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information in ZioReports.com)
Upload data from the Patch device to iRhythm's proprietary software tools
Ability to meet and frequently exceed company goals/objectives
Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns as applicable
Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement
May provide coverage in fellow employees' absences
Support problem-solving small group activities
Trainer for Intake processes and other operations
Aware of common defect within the Intake process and the results caused by the variation during the process
Understand and demonstrate Lean techniques and principles
Coach and provide guidance to others on processes and standard operating procedures
Ability to redline and work on DCO changes
Provide employee feedback to Management team
Monitor productivity to meet daily production goals
Ensure standardized workflows are followed with consistent output
Perform routine quality checks

Physical Demand:
Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods of time
Lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds
High level of repetitive motion at moderate to fast pace of upper torso, hands, arms and wrists
Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 3 years of Intake process experiences or related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered
Computer proficiency required
Data entry experience preferred
Leadership skills / scheduling planning
Microsoft Excel / Office
