What Youll Do

  • Assist a respective Human Resources team in the administration of Talent Management deliverables.
  • Monitor and approve transactions in the HRIS portal (Workday) for team.
  • Maintain detailed accounts of all compensation plans.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding processes for all positions, including communications to new hires and business.
  • Create reporting on human capital metrics.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • Bachelors Degree, HR-related preferred.
  • 1 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • HRIS experience (Workday preferred).Must possess a superior level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Superior Excel and Word skills are absolutely crucial.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
