The Talent Manager will partner closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to create and drive employee listening programs to gain data-based insight into sentiment and engagement and manage other key talent development initiatives as prioritized by the business.

Principle Responsibilities:

This role will engage in both strategic design activities (participate in the development of a comprehensive employee listening strategy to be implemented and tactical responsibilities (design, build and deliver a global engagement survey). Further, this role will prepare and deliver executive level analytics, trends and insights to inform leaders and influence decisions on engaging their talent and developing their organization. Additionally, this role will manage talent development programs and enablement activities; first of which will be overseeing the pilot of a coaching program (vendor-provided) for a targeted group of high potential leaders, preparing an ROI analysis and (potentially) advising the organization on the value of scaling the program. Other talent review, assessment, succession, development planning and talent planning projects will follow.

Global Census Survey:

- Deliver the 2021 global engagement/employee experience survey including vendor management, implementation, data analysis, executive summary, stakeholder and employee communications, training, HR business partner support and action planning components for regions, business units and teams

- Lead the design of the survey (propose content based on an analysis of current needs, historical benchmarks and other relevant data), reports (results support enterprise-wide analysis and insight work) and dashboards (determine configuration, usability, content and data permissions)

- Oversee implementation of the Qualtrics platform including historical data management and set-up of SFTP Connector (live data stream); ensure a wide circle of Talent Management, Learning, HR and DEI team members are trained as system admin users

Learning:

- Develop learning materials to guide managers on how to interpret dashboard data, leading to actionable insights on improving employee engagement. For example: Interpreting the key driver analysis or determining how to segment results to allow for a tailored and more strategic follow-up plan

- Build deep (mastery level) technical knowledge of the Qualtrics platform; serve as a subject

matter expert and provide learning insights for team members and colleagues

- Propose and design tactics for actively involving employees and managers in discussing and acting on results to improve engagement within their teams; drive follow-through

- Research and implement ways of building manager and leader accountability by leveraging systems or technology tools to monitor follow-ups and improvement over time

Reporting & Talent Data Analysis:

- Partner with People Analytics COE to determine how to provide engagement insights along with other talent analytics in a way that empowers managers with the data they need to make critical People decisions

- Use survey data to help leaders understand our people, their workforce & workplace experience, and what drives them

- Articulate meaningful insights, key messaging and themes through use of graphs, tables, slide decks, dashboards and other visualizations

Talent Development / Enablement

Coaching Program:

- Manage the pilot session of a virtual online coaching program featuring a tool that combines coaching with dynamic and personalized digital experiences to accelerate an individual’s long-term professional development and drive personal growth

- Determine the measurable impact/ROI for the group of approximately 50 high-potential leaders chosen to participate in this pilot and make a recommendation on the value of continuing or expanding this program

- Additional Talent Management and Performance Enablement projects as needs are confirmed and prioritized.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5- 6+ years relevant Talent or HR experience

- Deep functional knowledge in designing and implementing global surveys

- Experience facilitating talent review, calibration and strategic talent planning discussions

-Proven track record of successfully managing large scale talent, engagement or learning programs
