HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team in Libertyville, Illinois. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.
You will be working approximately 12-15 hours per week.
Key Accountabilities
+ Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
+ Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and General Manager.
+ Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.
+ Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
+ Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).
+ CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Compensation: $14.00/Hour – $14.25/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
