Job Duties: Help lead cross functional projects and strategic initiatives that drive the strategic direction of the workforce management team. Help lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. May telecommute from home.
Travel required: Domestic 15%

The total base annual salary range for this position is $145,059 to $174,071.
