Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
As part of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) COE, the OCM Consultant is responsible for supporting the development of OCM solutions that define the enterprise change strategy, build a change mindset across the organization, and drive adoption of key initiatives that support our business plan. This role will partner with OCM Leads to deliver OCM projects and programs including developing the case for change, aligning stakeholders, assessing impacts and actions plans, building communication, training, resistance management, and coaching plans; work independently and provide high-quality deliverables with little to no oversight; contribute to the development, continuous improvement, and roll-out of OCM methodologies, tools and templates; and build change mindsets by facilitating leadership workshops and coaching people leaders through change.

NOTE: relocation is NOT available, sponsorship will NOT be extended. This role is hybrid/flex, requiring in-office visibility three days weekly, working from home the other two days.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or related HR field OR 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management or related HR field.
Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale organizational analysis/design and organizational development initiatives plus ability to influence without direct authority and lead virtual team to achieve successful business outcomes.
Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation, process improvement, team and consulting skills with the ability to work in a diverse work group.
Project management skills and experience.
Consultative skills and negotiation skills.
Networking, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to work independently and producing high quality deliverables.
Analytical skills and process design skills.
Keen business acumen.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree.
Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience.
Advanced experience with Excel and Visio.
Process Design experience.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
ProSci certification based on ADKAR.
