Position Overview:

The Blue Yonder System Manager will be focused on supporting the Blue Yonder Implementation and Solutions teams and will require expertise with Blue Yonder TMS, as well as logistics industry knowledge and best practices. The System Manager will develop and maintain SOPs for various onboarding, configuration and maintenance between Blue Yonder TMS and Echo's TMS.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop best practices and onboarding guide for tariff creation & management within TMS
Train team members on tariff configuration process
Build and configure new carrier tariffs for existing and new client onboardings
Assist team members with daily load planning
Assist with conducting initial assessments and scope exercises to identify customization needs and potential challenges
Participate in new client onboarding calls (internal/external)
Identify opportunities for automation by leveraging TMS features and third party applications (i.e. UiPath)
Document support interactions, solutions and best practices to build a knowledge base and facilitate future problem solving
Facilitate and participate in ongoing TMS buildout
Assist sales with TMS functionality solutions during sales cycles
Lead TMS process improvement projects
Understand and evolve knowledge of Echo's internal proprietary technology
Maintain expert knowledge on TMS offerings, industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal TMS utilization

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation industries
Experience and strong background in TMS (i.e.Blue Yonder) configuration(s)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Visio)
Self-managed and motivated; organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, fluid work environment
Readiness to learn new technologies and analytical tools
Strong comprehension in carrier tariff structure, configuration and application

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with an open seating floor plan. The employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear.
