Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Play the role of Delivery executive and accountable for IT project delivery, client relationship management and create/support new growth opportunities. Accountable for Client satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. Act as Service liaison for key stakeholders. Serve as escalation point for delivery issues for Project/Test Managers and ensure that all deliverables meet agreed timescales and quality as per agreed SLA/KPI framework. Manage operational day to day assignments of the engagement. Translate client’s business and technical objectives into plans for action, milestones, and timelines. Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery approach through optimization of resources, innovation/automation, and commercial constraints. Provide regular reporting status along with risks/issues through agreed management structure. Review estimates produced by the team to assess appropriate standards with any processes or principles. Manage day to day business operations that include sales, hiring of required talent and their career management to benefit the overall purpose of client delivery and team growth. Utilize experience with Languages: C, C++, SQL, Java; Testing Tools: ALM, JIRA; Databases: Oracle; Project Management: SharePoint, Clarity, PMP (Project Management Professional); Methodologies: SAFe Agile, Waterfall, Estimation Techniques (WBS); Version Control Tools: WinCVS; Operating Systems: Windows, Linux; IDE: Visual Studio .NET, Eclipse.
