Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Collaborate with system architects, software architects, data analysts, and Program Managers to understand business requirements. Develop data models, metadata tables, views or related database structures on Cloud technologies. Develop or maintain archived procedures, procedural codes, or queries for applications using ETL (Extract Transform Load) scripts on Cloud based data technologies. Develop data models describing data elements and how they are used and perform development activities using the appropriate data mapping techniques. Develop methods for integrating different components of the data solutions that serve interconnected businesses, so they work properly together. Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project. Participate in development of cloud data warehouses, data as a service, business intelligence and machine learning solutions. Design and implement high performance data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources. Mentor a team of high performing engineers to deliver complex data solutions and identify Data Driven Development opportunities. Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
