Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Lead the Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse project with expertise in SAP analytics cloud, Tableau, SQL and SAP domain. Drive the delivery of strategic financial SAC dashboard executives meet expectations. Lead the global high performance agile team consisting of onshore and offshore teams. Drive Sprint planning, Story Pont estimation, backlog grooming, build and retrospective for the tableau and SAC dashboards. Measure and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to assess project progress and alignment with business objectives. Provide oversight for an on-boarding resource, enable with access provisioning and deployment. Coordinate cross-functional team. Work with business to remove the roadblocks for the technical team. Usage of data visualization, Data warehouse, Analytics, Data science, Tableau, SAC ,SQL. Work in global delivery model with the great Agile experience. Utilize experience with Databases: Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Developer, SAP BW; Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFE; Languages: SQL; Platforms: JIRA, Confluence, SAP; Cloud: AWS, Azure; Project Management: Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel; Data Analytic Tools: Tableau.
