Key Responsibilities
Provide direct management of 7-10 enterprise sales specialists including -
Weekly forecast calls to ensure sales KPIs and metrics are being achieved
Provide guidance, team focus and target activities to increase Harmony pipeline + revenue
Provide day-to-day sales cycle support, guidance and mentorship for top Harmony deals to increase win rate
Report external + internal roadblocks to Harmony leadership team
Ensure MEDDPICC sales methodology is being followed for all strategic deals
Develop and manage demand generation plans and measure success
Manage performance of team, including performance reviews and implement PIPs
Help recruit and hire top tier candidates to backfill Harmony sales roles
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in enterprise sales with a track record of quota achievement
Minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership position at a large technology organization
Natural leader and coach with the ability to motivate a national team
Expert in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and challenger sales
Experience working in or leading a specialist team within a matrix sales organization
Knowledgeable about workforce cybersecurity solutions including: endpoint, mobile, email and SASE/SSE technologies
