Administrative Coordinator A (Romeoville, IL) (Summer Help)
Description
This person will answer incoming calls, facilitate daily rental orders that come in working closely with managers to schedule our techs to do the work. Filing and light invoicing are a part of the daily duties. Experience with Microsoft (word, Excel, Outlook). Any knowledge of TCR or Vista accounting systems a plus. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a go getter, self-starter, and willing to learn.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls.
Write up work tickets and electronically dispatch to techs for daily rental set-ups.
Process work tickets daily.
Filing / Mailing
Order office supplies monthly.
Monthly invoicing of daily rental jobs.
Asist with collections of daily rental jobs/customers.
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is preferred
Must have 3-5 years of experience as an office administrative assistant, construction industry is a plus
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work is a fast-paced construction office environment
Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment
