We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator, Mobility Safetyto join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:
The Program Coordinator, Mobility Safety will coordinate grant program activities and reporting requirements through collaboration with other employees. The position must be able to learn and utilize NSC systems and grantor reporting programs. This position is required to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Employer Traffic Safety Programs
This position assists in the implementation of grant application and reporting requirements for programs within a Practice. The coordinator compiles necessary information for assigned grant programs from application through final report by collaborating with other employees, doing project research, and other fact-finding actions and meetings.
What You'll Do:
Project Coordination:
Compiles necessary information for assigned grant programs from application through final report
Interpret financial data and prepare budgets and financial grant reports.
Coordinate with other NSC departments to ensure alignment of program budgets across financial programs
Develops and maintains master files on grants and paperwork connected to programs funded by grants.
Prepares presentations or reports on the status of the various programs including project milestones, budget variances, and program evaluation
Coordinate registration and reporting for webinars and other trainings
Administration:
Drafts and completes applications, monthly reports, etc. according to funder agreement requirements, prepares all forms, documents and/or reports for approval/submission by manager
Update databases, maintain files, and manage inventory of program materials/coordinate delivery of items as needed
Process invoices/ contracts
Review documentation provided is coded correctly and has adequate supporting documentation for program expenses
We're Looking for Someone with:
High school degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in grant administration support
Agate IntelliGrants Software (e-grants)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Grant budget management experience
Microsoft Office skills
Calendar coordination
This is a remote position
Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000
