Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst is responsible for supervising and providing support for Cost Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting and New Business Pricing. As an "expense" subject matter expert, this position will need to understand the underlying business processes and cost structures. This position will also be responsible for analysis of IT related expenses. In the pricing portion of the role, this position will have exposure to the sales team and will need to understand key economic drivers of the business as well as develop insight into market pricing dynamics.
**This role is hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office & 2 days remote**
**Candidates must live within 250 miles of Lake Forest, IL**

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 2 years of experience or equivalent of 6 - 10 years of related experience.
Prior financial reporting database experience (i.e. Adaptive Cognos, Hyperion, Longview)
Must have strong accounting skills
Must possess outstanding customer service skills, including timely responses, communication to business partner regarding prioritization of multiple projects/tasks, clear explanation of accounting/expense items, and the ability to help the business partner understand their expense metrics
Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, prioritization, organization, and adaptability skills.
Ability to resolve issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Preferred Job Qualifications:
CPA

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.

Min to Max Range:$55,300.00 - $103,800.00
