As the Principal Data Science Product Manager for the Medicare Advantage Medicare Stars Clinical Data Science Team, you will lead a team consisting of two Principal Data Scientists and a Lead Data Engineer. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around collaboratively creating advanced modeling solutions, performing deep dives for critical insights, developing and tracking ROI for investments, and coordinating digital campaigns to close gaps in the Medicare Stars program. You will lead driving data-driven decision-making processes to optimize campaign investments and enhance marketing strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying key insights, and providing actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. PhD preferred.

Proven experience (8+ years) in leading data science teams, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.

Experience on teams with advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.

Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc. Experience with healthcare data, particularly Medicare Advantage data and CMS Stars program measures, is highly desirable. null
