Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service. As a part of the team, youll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.

- Understanding information security program strategy, priorities, and structure;

- Incorporating existing Firm knowledge, subject matter, or technical domain specialization into work activities;

- Utilizing strategic initiatives and implications in messaging in a global organization;

- Resolving challenging problems in collaboration with others and taking initiative when appropriate to make independent choices on matters of significance; and,

- Influencing others within their own functional area or team.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas:

- Carrying out Chief of Staff initiatives throughout NIS and across member firms;

- Working directly with Vertical, Horizontal, and Functional Leadership groups;

- Navigating and working effectively in a heavily matrixed organization;

- Resolving complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy or recognizing when issues need to be escalated;

- Organizing data and workload to quickly transfer into organized needs for communication and training to appropriate stakeholders;

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:

Possessing an understanding of strategic initiatives and implications to messaging within a global IT organization;

Displaying knowledge of Communications & Change Management and Portfolio and Investment Management;

Identifying areas of change management and suggesting innovative ways to address it;

Managing staff questions/comments to Leadership and responding or escalating appropriately;

Developing effective relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter specialists and other customers across functional and technical skill sets as appropriate;

Working with stakeholders to understand and document their specific business requirements and relay information to the appropriate contact in the organization;

Leveraging information technology metrics and reporting principles as they are applied in the support of and integration with key business and strategic priorities;

Utilizing functional knowledge of Information Technology Program strategy, priorities and structure;

Juggling multiple projects at once and the ability to quickly pivot to different tasks as needed by the business or leadership within tight deadlines;

Working collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities which requires self-motivation, discipline, organization, and a high attention to detail;

Collaborating with others to discover creative solutions to complex problems, which may require unique approaches, while maintaining standards and minimizing risk to the firm;

Possessing written, oral and listening skills with the ability to understand and act upon leadership guidance in work product and deliverables;

Preparing reports and presentations at the project and executive levels;

Understanding business issues and coordinate with relevant IT leaders to maintain alignment between the IT initiatives and the current and future direction of the firm;

Performing strategic project management activities such as development of workplans, technical input, research, project scope, project estimates, resources, timing, project risks and interdependencies;

Assisting with information technology projects and processes that support the build out of new information technology capabilities or process improvements, and;

Embracing a rapidly changing environment while promoting a culture of innovation.
