Job Description
European Service at Home, an Illinois leader of In-Home Services is currently searching for a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team and help develop the department’s functionality.
The ideal candidate will have excellent know-how in patient care, case management, and administration. This is also a perfect opportunity for a highly skilled RN looking to move into an administrative role or someone who wants to join a fresh department and grow with it as it evolves.
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor RN, you will:
+ Manage a caseload of patients
+ Oversee non-medical and medical departments and supervise CNAs
+ Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to agency policy and governmental and Medicare rules and regulations
+ Ensure the department meets all infection control and safety standards
+ Manage and implement healthcare-related training
+ Manage and supervise in-service training for non-skilled staff
+ May serve as a counsel for improvements in the Home Health Care and In-Home Service departments

+ High administrative, organizational, and time management skills
+ Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
+ Communication, teamwork, and ability to work effectively within a diverse culture
+ Great judgment and discretion
+ Able to prioritize work assignments with tight deadlines
+ Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal guidelines and regulations
Certifications
+ Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
Requirements
+ One (1) year of nursing experience, with a B.A.
+ OR,
+ Three (3) years of nursing experience, without B.A.
Wage
+ $44-46 per hour

+ 520 Hick Palatine, IL office
