Description:

We are looking for a future Field Sales Representative who is driven to succeed both individually and as a team. If you are a top seller and want to exceed past sales quotas, and if you are highly motivated to achieve your goals, this is the place to be!

We are a software technology company focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace. We have more than 18,000+ locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions.

Position Objective: This position will be required to close new business by going on site to automotive locations and moving them through the sales pipeline until paperwork is collected.

Responsibilities:

- Present our software solution to perspective clients in a professional and consultative manner

- Follow up on all assigned leads within one business day

- Log all notes, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM

- Achieve and maintain sales quota level performance within 90 days

- Attend all meetings, trainings, and events as needed

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of sales experience

- CRM, Outlook, and telephone skills

-1-4 years of experience in the automobile industry ideal

- Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving skills. Able to effectively multitask and prioritize

- Proficient written and verbal communication

- Ability to spend 80% of your time in the field visiting prospective clients. Personal vehicle required for transportation.

Other:

80% of time spent in the field (visiting clients in the automotive marketplace). 20% is work from home. -Hourly rate to start during 90 day contract to hire period with benefits -Once direct: Base salary plus uncapped commissions ($85,000 for on target earnings) Benefits include: PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match About TEKsystems:
