Job Title: Facilities Technician
Job Description
As a Facilities Technician, your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness around service courts and compactors, painting corridor hallways, installing and removing marketing materials and holiday decorations, and making repairs as needed. You will be required to perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, checking thermostat settings, assisting other Maintenance Team members, picking up trash from parking lots, and conducting fire extinguisher inspections. Your role will also involve checking compactors and conducting lighting reports.

This is a fully on-site position in Naperville, Illinois.
Work Environment
You will be working at a premier retail facility. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to changing weather elements. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM.
