What You’ll Be Doing

The Inclusion and Diversity Coordinator applies a partnership-building ability and strong project management skills to deploy and manage tactics that support projects and activities around niche hiring and retention across all of CIBC’s businesses including cohort based hiring. You will be responsible for providing coordinating support to achieve CIBC’s enterprise and business unit-specific diversity composition goals.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be hybrid and on-site 2-3 days per week.

How You’ll Succeed

+ Assisting with t he implementation of inclusion and diversity initiatives within the organization.

+ Conducting research on best practices in inclusion and diversity and providing recommendations for policy changes or program enhancements.

+ Collecting and analyzing data related to inclusion and diversity efforts, including employee demographics, survey results, and program outcomes.

+ Assisting in the creation of communications materials to promote inclusion and diversity initiatives internally and externally.

+ Serving as a resource for employees seeking guidance or support related to inclusion and diversity programs and events.

+ Participating in community outreach efforts and building relationships with external organizations focused on inclusion and diversity.

+ Supporting the organization’s compliance with relevant I&D regulations and requirements.

+ You have a degree/diploma in Human Resources or relevant degree program. Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
