Job Description
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Trust & Estates Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time (35 hour work week), permanent position, in office 3 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, paying up to $90,000.Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 7+ years of Trust & Estates experience
- Trust administration, filing, tax returns, estate admin is heavy
- Legal Assistant will be working with the clients
- Extensive experience with preparing, formatting, and revising legal documents
- Additional job duties include: managing attorney calendars, booking travel arrangements, managing billing and expenses, etc.
