Job Description

Foth Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Sanitary Sewer Technical Discipline Lead who is looking to be a leader in discipline development and the design of diverse sanitary sewer collection, conveyance and pumping projects for utility and municipal sewer and water systems. This position can be based out of our Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota or South Dakota office locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical engineering discipline lead for sanitary sewer collection, wastewater conveyance, and water system project designs and system analysis, focused on sanitary sewer system management, watershed planning, capital improvement plans, green infrastructure, pumping stations, and best management practices.
Develop technical water and wastewater system reports and community wide master planning for infrastructure improvement projects.
Create and produce capital improvement plans for to provide short- and long-term capacity for growing communities in the Midwest
Lead and develop a technical hydraulic analysis team to perform pressure pipe modeling, transient analysis, pump station analysis, and gravity sewer modeling.
Prepare design plans, specifications, and bid documents for water and wastewater collection and conveyance systems
Construction support services, including shop drawings, pay estimates, progress meetings and construction services for infrastructure projectsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) License
5 to 10 years of experience in, areas such as: utility system analysis, sanitary sewer collection, drinking water, wastewater conveyance, stormwater, utilities, pavement, municipal infrastructure improvements, and technical reports Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in municipal engineering, wastewater, sanitary sewer, and municipal projects as a technical producer, project manager and/or client contact in the engineering consulting industry
Experience with sanitary and storm water master planning, modeling software, such as: (e.g., SewerGEMS, HydroCAD, XPSWMM, ArcGis)
Exposure and experience with software, such as: ESRI ArcGIS, Bentley MicroStation OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil3D
