Job Description

Plan, prioritize and lead the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing and analytics roadmap that builds out fundamental capabilities from campaign development, ad creation, platform functionality, analytics, and experimentation. Develop imaginative solutions and new ways of thinking about real estate and the digital marketing landscape, and present information in a way that makes the complex understandable to a broad audience. Drive continuous improvement to the efficiency and scale of our paid marketing channels. Manage and optimize an annual $8 million paid marketing budget. Regularly communicate with leadership and other stakeholders regarding market-level results, current and future initiatives, successes, and course corrections. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of analytics professionals and paid marketing professionals. Lead digital analytics to measure and optimize across core business performance metrics and develop automations that improve performance. Follow best practices for schema optimization in Snowflake. Lead day-to-day marketing operations
including digital channels, performance marketing strategies and paid search, video and OTT, display, and social media. Lead utilization of Big Data optimization techniques in analytics to collect, store, manage and extract information from large volumes of structured data. In paid marketing, lead the use of Big Data extensively to optimize advertising efforts and improve
targeting. Understand and optimize campaigns using machine learning techniques. Lead the use of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight and Data studio. Use programming languages such as Python and Java for automation and scripting needs. Manage paid campaigns at scale. Lead the use of SQL (Redshift, MySQL, Big Query, Snowflake). Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, SEM Rush, Ahrefs, Search Console and other marketing tools. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS to connect APIs and establish data ingestion pipelines. Use Google Cloud Platform, especially with Big Query to find insights within Google products such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Search Console. Oversee building of API connectors and reporting infrastructure.
