Accounting Clerk

OTTO’s opportunity:
Our Accounting Clerk will assist the Director of Finance in the performance of various Accounting functions. The results of which will lead to the timely and accurate reporting of the financial position and results of operations of OTTO Engineering, Inc.
Specifically, the Accounting Clerk will:
- Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable areas with various filing duties such as: purchase orders, receiving tickets, paid vouchers, remittance advises, various computer data entry registers, etc.
- Assist accounts receivable and accounts payable areas with computer data entry such as vouchers and customer cash application, etc.
- Miscellaneous typing duties
- Must have excellent figure aptitude and be detailed oriented
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
