Job Description
CC Services d/b/a Country Financial seeks a Software Developer in Bloomington, IL. Duties: focuses on designing, developing, implementing new applications or enhancements to existing software solutions used by the Agency and Marketing department; designs, develops, documents, tests, implements, and debugs new and existing software solutions for large-scale proprietary software for internal use; participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design; writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements; supports, maintains, and documents software functionality; identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation; analyzes components to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed; analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements; consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug components to meet needs. Remote work permitted approximately 3 days per week within daily commuting distance from Bloomington, IL. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related plus 3 years exp in Information Technology or Bach degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related plus 5 yrs exp in Information Technology also acceptable. Employer will accept foreign equivalent. Requires experience with full stack development and service development experience. Requires one year of lead experience.
