Job Description
CC Services d/b/a Country Financial seeks an Application Performance Engineer in Bloomington, IL. Duties: responsible for improving performance testing results by influencing application design and architecture; supports the performance testing team by analyzing test results and making recommendations for additional testing and/or improvements to existing tests to ensure future application changes do not negatively impact our Service Level Agreements and user experience; partners closely with software developers, architects, and system engineers to recommend and correct deficiencies which will improve application stability and performance; implement code improvements to optimize application performance. Travel is required to headquarters in Bloomington, IL 2-4 times per year for PI planning event. Occasional/on-demand travel required to Alpharetta, GA office for special meetings or events. Telecommuting is permitted. Work can be performed anywhere in U.S. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus 72 months exp in Information Technology. Requires 3 yrs experience with performance tuning, diagnostic or monitoring and design/development experience. Must have experience with performance diagnostics tools.
