Estimated annual base pay: $134,000.00 - 167,500.00(midpoint) - 201,000.00

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Accounting Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to the Accounting COE Director and is responsible for financial accounting and reporting including, but are not limited to, payroll; cost accounting; interplant transactions and reconciliation; PPE & Lease accounting; inventory control and management; project accounting and regulatory taxes and fees. It is also responsible for review of team member's work; account reconciliations; JE's and site financial packages. This position covers scope of activities that are financially significant to the company which may include multiple sites and in compliance with GAAP and established internal control guidelines.
What You Will Be Doing
Leads a team of finance professionals, supervisors and/or leaders to achieve the objectives of assigned responsibilities, driving an environment of simplification; standardization; automation and lean/continuous improvements
Responsible for recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing team members
Effectively manages department resources through organizing, prioritizing, and distributing work assignments. At the same time, considers development opportunities of team members
Acts as a financial consultant to non-finance leaders and members in the organization
Participates in strategic planning, preparing and interpreting analysis that leads to the setting of strategic objectives and implementation plans
Responsible for all accounting processes, leading to the timely and accurate reporting of financial results for the specific responsibility area and in compliance with GAAP and established internal control guidelines
Effectively communicates financial results and the results of financial analysis to others within the organization, in small and large group settings
May participate in due diligence and post-acquisition activities for the business group or other business groups
Coordinates internal control monitoring (including SOX) and external and internal audits for areas within scope of responsibilities
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) required
Master degree preferred
CPA a plus
8+ years of accounting and financial experience that includes progressively more complex assignments or projects
Substantive experience leading others
Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
