Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Program Assistant 4 for the Chicago campus.

Temporary Job Description:
Reporting jointly to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and the manager of Student Affairs. This role provides principal staff support to a variety of recurring and special programs and initiatives. Coordinates a broad variety of administrative tasks & activities such as; calendaring, scheduling, mail merges, assisting with manger/supervisors or(s) &/or dept's calendars & planning/executing student events & activities. This role also assists in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining an organized reception area (coffee service/special event set-up/take down).
Qualifications Required:
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Strong writing skills;
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Diligent and can work independently;
Experience working with confidential information;
Professionalism;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
Software Required:
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
