Job Summary:

The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field, managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

Home Solutions (NAL) : CRST’s Home Solutions – NAL division is focused on final-mile home delivery of big and bulky products. Home Solutions works with high-profile retailers to deliver, install, and assemble large items like furniture, exercise equipment, and appliances. This valuable service helps our retail partners meet the needs of the growing home-delivery market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Assist customers with delivery issues

+ Handle loadout, inventory or other warehouse tasks needed for the operation

+ Dispatching, routing, and assigning drivers

+ Track daily routes

+ Managing morning loadouts

+ Checking in drivers at the end of the day

Preferred Skills:

+ Prior Dispatching Experience

+ Operations Analysis and Monitoring

+ Time Management and Coordination

Hours of Operation: 5:00am, loadout ends at 9:30am. The remainder of the shift will be worked from home.

Compensation: $16.17-24.28/hr is the starting range (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Work locations of each position will be determined during the hiring process. Each work location will depend on business needs and the essential functions of the position.
