Position Details:
Drive focus and accountability behind large-scale strategic initiatives within Sales Enablement. Manage program and resources from project initiation to close and ensure project execution is on time, at/under budget and meet goals. Provide tools, resources, and communication to support stakeholder management.

You Will:
Contribute to the determination of project scope, resource requirements, skill requirements, project milestones, risks, and deployment plan.
Serve as primary contact for project related activities and issues.
Monitor, document and communicate project status; anticipate problems and resolve them or escalate them to the appropriate level of management to ensure project completion
Help foster transparency across the organization by ensuring that there is flow both internally within the Sales Enablement team and externally amongst other relevant partners in the company.
Responsible for project administration through SmartSheet and other best in class project management tools
Provide proper level of guidance through team development stages
Identify and remove barriers that impede the team's ability to make progress on their project
Manage and promote communication amongst team members, functional departments, business sponsor, and other key stakeholders.
Manage multiple complex projects of any size concurrently.
Tailor a delivery approach that best fits each project.

You Have:
BA/BS or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in related field.
Have B2B sales experience with understanding of sales processes and partners (preferred)
Experience of project management concepts and procedures.
Manage a variety of complex projects, barriers, and opportunities.
Must be a curious and articulate team member who can work with all types of partners
Proficient in version control and change management processes and principles.
Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Projects, etc.)
