Kodiak personnel are widely recognized for their in-depth Healthcare expertise and application of data and technology to simplify the business of Healthcare for thousands of hospitals nationwide.
Seeking an individual with at least a) general accounting and reporting concepts knowledge, b) strong data manipulation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and c) a desire to thrive in the hospital consulting environment. Responsibilities include support for the respective growth in our technology and consulting solution, Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare, to include Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare Implementation Services, Front-end Reconciliation Consulting, and Remote Assistance Consulting.
Travel Requirement - Up to 20%
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
1-2 years of general accounting and reporting experience.
Healthcare experience, such as patient accounting system and cash posting workflow knowledge, a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must. Should be experienced working with large complex data sets, writing Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP and INDEXMATCH), and large data file manipulation.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have attention to detail and ability to work independently through work steps with individual time management and prioritization within a team-oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills.
Must have a solid reputation and references.
Ability to travel up to 20%
