Job Description

The Account Supervisor will lead the day-to-day management and implementation of non-profit client programs and initiatives and ensure the success of program executions. They will partner with account services and project management teams on the regular delivery of projects. The Account Supervisor supports the VP across multiple disciplines.

Your Responsibilities:

+ Work with assigned clients to create and deliver comprehensive strategic programs across disciplines for marketing campaigns.

+ Consult with discipline leads and collaborate with creative, project management, strategy, media, analytics, and tech team members to build the best strategic solutions for individual campaigns.

+ Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact

+ Lead the development of timelines and scheduling by ensuring project management teams have all required client information

+ Ensure the timely handoff of all deliverables to client.

+ Responsible for collaborating with partnering agencies, as appropriate, throughout the entire process to ensure that timelines are met and deliverables are released to client and deployed to market.

+ Perform “look-back” analysis on campaigns and programs – monthly, yearly and on an ad-hoc basis to determine any improvements to be made in future processes.

+ Assist with annual planning, program evaluations, enhancement recommendations, etc. working to plan growth.

+ Understand business at a granular level and be able to provide recommendations (weekly, monthly) on how to change and adapt to business needs.

+ Continually identify areas of improvement within internal and external team and provide recommendations to VP.

+ Expected to understand program results and work with creative, media and analytics to develop optimization recommendations and actively look for opportunities for new insights.

+ Help handle day-to-day escalations for all programs.

+ Manage client billing across multiple projects and agencies as needed.

+ Monitor and report on financial performance against annul and project budgets and scope of work

+ Assist with developing scopes of work by project or initiative and follow through to execution and invoicing.

+ Keep accurate records of campaigns and campaign performance as well as track against project scope.

+ Accurately and thoroughly QA all deliverables being sent to client or being deployed to market.

+ Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

+ You have 7 or more years of relevant experience – can include brand management, marketing, advertising, account management.

+ Enthusiasts of social good outcomes and the mission.

+ Must be passionate about advertising and the digital space.

+ Tactful / diplomatic communicator.

+ Organized with a logical approach to critical thinking.

+ Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

+ Skilled in presenting to mid-to-high level clients.

+ Able to actively build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues.

+ Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure client’s issues and requests are sufficiently resolved.

+ You can work effectively in a fast paced, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes.

Compensation Range: $73,500 – $95,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
