Exciting Opportunity: Program Manager | 2-Year Contract
John Deere, a global leader in agricultural solutions and machinery, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and committed Program Manager for a 2-year contracted position. As leaders in the industry, they provide a dynamic environment designed for those who thrive in managing complex challenges.
Please note, this position is based on-site with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. There is no option for visa sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
As a Program Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals to develop and implement process enhancements for a newly sourced configuration center. Your responsibility will encompass daily operations, quality control, forecasting asset turns on a monthly basis, driving process optimization, and ensuring consistently high quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily configuration center operations with a focus on forecasting, planning, build quality, delivery speed, and asset accuracy.
Track budgets and report any variances to colleagues and leadership. – Deliver small- to medium-scale process improvements for our newly established program.
Foster internal and external networks and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and team enrichment.
Support IT strategy formulation to bolster our organization’s adaptiveness to customer needs and changing business requirements.
Formalize quality review processes and help manage internal client and customer relationships and feedback.
Facilitate process development workshops, drive agreement on process flows across functional areas, and develop detailed process maps.
Contribute to the roll-out of our digital culture by embracing and leveraging digital capabilities and Agile methodology

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong forecast and budget management skills
Proven ability in organizing daily activities and coordinating with teams for changes, updates, and process flow
Experience with process optimization and managing tasks effectively
Solid aptitude for conflict resolution, risk management, and problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication, cost control, and budgeting skills
Exceptional teamwork, motivational, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Technical acumen with experience in IT implementation and integration
Mandatory Skills:
Driving daily operations with a consistent focus on quality and process improvements
Effective change management leader
Excellent communication skills
