Job Description
Job Title: stand up Forklift operator
Job Description : shift 1st – 9am-5:30pm
This position is located in the Elk Grove Village facility. Candidates will assume the role of a stand up Forklift operator between three essential tasks each day alongside team members. Responsibilities include: preparing boxes, packing ink cartridges, labeling, sealing, and palletizing the boxes. This role requires standing for 8 hours a day and keeping pace with the production line.
Hard Skills
+ 6 months of manufacturing experience
+ Ability to work at a fast pace
+ Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
+ High School Diploma or GED
Soft Skills
+ Experience in inks or chemical environments (preferred)
+ Experience as a batch mixer (preferred)
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wood Dale, Illinois.
Work Environment
Clean and temperature-controlled environment with approximately 60 employees including packers, forklift drivers, mixers, and office personnel.
