Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar disipline

- 4-6+ years of experience in mechanical design and new product development

- Experience with Valve component design experience is most desired

- Or design of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Valve products – similar product categories will also be considered

- Experience with digital simulation and FEA (Finite Element Analysis)

- Proficient with engineering design and analysis tools – 3D modeling & Design (they use Inventor but will consider any 3D modeling tool)

- Ability to follow up on engineering test plans and work with test lab to collect test results and prototyping

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – some customer interfacing with design updates

Hydraulic Valve Systems Division is looking for a Design Engineer with prior hydraulic system experience, for our hydraulic valve product line. Responsibility includes researches, analyzes, designs, and tests component parts, processes, or systems to develop new and/or improve core products.
