Job Title: Press Operator
Job Description
As a Press Operator, you will operate and assist other Press Operators to maintain workflow and work quality on assigned press runs. Your responsibilities will include bringing materials for press setups, cleaning presses during job changes, and performing complex operations required to set up, operate, and feed a cylinder type printing press to produce various items. You will ensure first piece conformance to specifications, perform daily and periodic preventative maintenance duties for assigned machines/equipment, and adhere to all safety rules. Additionally, you will engage in Performance System activities as required.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 480 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Work Environment
Work in a 500,000 sqft facility prioritizing safety and cleanliness. The environment includes updated breakrooms with new self-serve vending processes and a strong, tenured workforce eager to share knowledge. The facility houses various departments such as Print, Lamination, Slitting, Warehouse, and Maintenance with a recent investment in new machinery and additional capital expenditure planned. Safety gear required includes safety shoes, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses. The production floor is predominantly bilingual, accommodating both English and Spanish speakers.
