Summary:

You will, perform and manage a wide variety of administrative duties to support the Retail Services business and provide support to the respective departments within the location and/or as assigned.

Requirements:

Perform and manage a wide variety of administrative duties to support the Retail Services business and provide support to the respective departments within the location and/or as assigned.
Provide administrative support in design, compilation and dissemination of correspondence, memos, presentations, reports and charts as well as proofreading/editing this information to ensure complete accuracy, clarity and professional presentation of the final product.
Maintain the schedules/calendars of visitors, including scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, coordinating availability of attendees, catering, activities, and meeting materials for the leadership team, the location and/or as assigned.
Coordinate the communication tools including the Retail Service Contact Report and systems such as Call'em/ Text'em by setting up the calls as required by the leadership team members.
Partner with the HR team to coordinate the distribution of service and recognition projects such as Service Awards, Birthday/Sympathy Cards, Baby Blankets, TechX Welcome Boxes, and other employee-based communication and programs.
Partner with the retail services business leaders of assigned organizations to oversee the order, mailing and distribution of annual Holiday Cards/Calendars.
Manage the reception of building duties for the respective facility to include management of the alarm system, maintenance and deployment of security key cards, office machines, front door reception, management of mailroom/FedEx pickup.
Assist with duties as needed to support the district, including review and approval of DART (Purchase Order System) for both Install and Service purchase order writers, as well as provide back-up for back-office responsibilities.
Additional duties as assigned to support the business.
