What Youll Do

  • Provide digital support to customers and bankers. Troubleshoot issues with operating systems, plugins, firewall access for customers, and resolve any issues that arise with their accounts or access.

  • Escalations and back room support as necessary.

  • Interact with product management and other departments to solve banker and customer problems in a prompt, efficient, and timely matter.

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in a financial industry.

  • Experience with troubleshooting digital issues a plus.
